Tobradex is a prescription antibiotic and corticosteroid combination eye drop used to treat inflammation and prevent infection in the eyes after surgery. The drops contain two active ingredients: tobramycin (0.3% or 3 mg per ml), an antibiotic that stops the growth of certain bacteria, and dexamethasone (0.1% or 1 mg per ml), a steroid that reduces swelling, redness, and pain.
