Open your account to see your orders and their latest delivery status. Customer cancellation is available before seller acceptance. For an order issue or a return request, use Dastak support and include your order number.

Search by product, brand, SKU or barcode. English and common Urdu shopping words are supported. Voice input depends on your browser’s speech service and microphone permission. A barcode photo searches the text on a label; it does not match products by visual appearance.
Request Dastak account and data deletion
You can submit this request here from the app or a web browser. Sign in with the account you want removed. The request goes to Dastak support for review; submitting it does not immediately delete your account, orders or store. Support will confirm handling of associated data and any records that need to be retained.
