Essentia Aurea Schwabe Drops is for chronic myasthenia of the heart, dysfunction of the circulation and cardiac dyspnoea. Composition 100 g contains: Crataegus: 40 g Convallaria Majalis: 1X 10 g Ignatia: 4X 10 g Arnica: 0.5 g Aurum Chloratum: 4X 10 g Excipients Q.S. to 100 g Ethanol: 47 % (V/V) Indications Traditionally used for the treatment of conditions involving mild cardiac insufficiency; such as in elderly patients. Improves muscular tone of the heart and reduces narrowing of blood vessels Regulates the pulse, lowers the blood pressure In arteriosclerosis, the solvent power reduces crustaceous and calcareous deposits in the arteries Increases the efficiency of the heart muscles Controls insomnia, trembling, cold sweating and cardiac related mental nervousness Takes care of cardiac dropsy associated with dyspnoea. Dosage Adults: Unless otherwise prescribed, adults should take 10 to 20 drops three or four times a day in some water. Take the Essentia Aurea Schwabe drops either half an hour before or after meals and preferably keep them in the mouth for a while before swallowing.
