Effectively takes care of physical and mental debility in children and adults. Relieves nervous tension, anxiety, stress, irritability and sleep disorders. Supports the regenerative process during and after acute sickness which is why it is used for weight gain and as an immunity booster against body pain due to weakness. Dosage Adults : Unless otherwise prescribed, adults can take one tablespoon of Alfalfa Tonic, 3 times a day.
