Rithmo XL is a broad-spectrum macrolide antibiotic containing Clarithromycin (500 mg) in an extended-release formulation. It is prescribed to treat mild-to-moderate bacterial infections, including upper and lower respiratory tract infections (such as sinusitis, bronchitis, and community-acquired pneumonia) and certain skin and soft tissue infections.
