Doxagit-4 (Doxazosin) is an alpha-1 adrenergic blocker prescribed for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Each tablet contains 4 mg of Doxazosin, which works by relaxing blood vessels to lower blood pressure and by relaxing smooth muscle in the prostate and bladder neck to improve urine flow in BPH. Lowers Blood Pressure: Promotes vasodilation to help control hypertension. Composition Each tablet contains: Doxazosin Mesylate USP equivalent to Doxazosin: 4 mg Directions for Use Use only as directed by the physician.
