Ranolazine may be used with beta-blockers, nitrates, calcium channel blockers, antiplatelet therapy, lipid-lowering therapy, ACE inhibitors, and angiotensin receptor blockers. Used for long-term treatment to improve heart function and reduce the workload on the heart.
