Acute urinary retention. Unsteady or obstructed urine flow. Weak urine stream. Pain and discomfort. An increase in urinary frequency and urgency. MAXFLOW (tamsulosin hydrochloride) capsules are indicated for the treatment of the signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). MAXFLOW capsules are not indicated for the treatment of hypertension. MAXFLOW capsules are contraindicated in patients known to be hypersensitive to tamsulosin hydrochloride.
