This may help prevent the development of pancreatitis (inflammation or swelling of the pancreas) caused by high levels of triglycerides in the blood. Composition Each film-coated tablet contains: Gemfibrozil USP: 600 mg Directions for Use The recommended dose is one tablet 30 minutes before meal. Twice a day or use as directed by the physician.
