Key Ingredients Rice flour (42%), Skimmed milk (contains soya), Sugar, Vegetable oil (palm olein), Apple (6%), Banana (2.75), Oat flour (1.7%), Quinoa flour (1.7%), Dates (0.8%) Minerals (sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, iodine), Soya lecithin, Vitamin (A, B, C, B1, B2, niacin, B6, pantothenic acid, B12, biotin), Vanillin, Bifidus culture. Directions Boil claen drinking water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool. Measure 100ml and pour lukewarm water into baby's bowl. Add 35g or 5-6 level tablespoons on of cerelac. Stir until the cerelac is smooth and feed immediately using a clean spoon. Do not keep unfinished portion.
