Calcium Pantothenate, essential vitamin that stimulates metabolic activity in human keratinocytes (key cells in hair) and is thus important in the nutritional support of normal hair growth and quality. L-cystine, an amino acid that acts as a building block of the hair substance keratin and thus an important component of the hair. Biotin, a vitamin that is vital for the synthesis of the hair substance keratin. Supplement Facts Each tablet contains: Biotin (Vitamin H): 0.1 mg L Cystine: 3 mg Millet Extract: 210 mg Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5): 14 mg Suggested Usage Take two (2) capsules daily with a glass of water after food.
