It reduces inflammation and gives a cooling effect to the painful heels. Indications For the symptomatic relief of heel pain, arch pain, ankle pain and foot sprain  Ingredients Perfectly blended mixture of Vitex negundo, Gaultheria procumbens, Capsicum annuum, and Arnica montana oils with an emollient carrier oil. Directions for Use Apply 5-7 drops of Heel-it essential oil blend on heeler foot and massage gently until fully absorbed. Use twice or thrice a day.
