Vonolia (Vonoprazan) is a next-generation potassium-competitive acid blocker (PCAB) used for the treatment of acid-related disorders, including gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and Helicobacter pylori eradication. Each tablet contains 20 mg of Vonoprazan, which provides rapid, potent, and sustained suppression of gastric acid by reversibly inhibiting the H+/K+ ATPase pump. With a faster onset and longer duration of action compared to traditional proton pump inhibitors (PPIs), Vonolia offers effective relief for heartburn, acid regurgitation, and promotes healing of erosive esophagitis.
