Xyloaid is a sterile topical anesthetic solution containing Lidocaine Hydrochloride 4%. It is used for surface anesthesia of mucous membranes prior to medical procedures such as endoscopy, intubation, or catheterization, and for temporary relief of pain associated with minor oral/dental conditions (e.g., sore gums, mouth ulcers). The solution provides rapid numbing by blocking nerve signals at the site of application. Potent Surface Anesthesia: The 4% concentration provides effective and rapid numbing of mucous membranes.
