Baritec-A is a fixed-dose combination tablet for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with either Olmesartan (an ARB) or Amlodipine (a calcium channel blocker) alone. This dual-mechanism therapy works by blocking angiotensin II and relaxing blood vessels, providing more effective blood pressure lowering than either component alone. Dual-Mechanism Action: Combines two complementary classes of antihypertensives for enhanced efficacy. Improved Blood Pressure Control: Often more effective than monotherapy for achieving target BP goals.
