Aerokast 5mg is a chewable tablet containing Montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist. By blocking leukotrienes, it helps reduce airway inflammation and constriction, preventing asthma symptoms and easing allergy symptoms like sneezing, itching, and a runny nose.
