Covam Plus is a high-strength, triple-combination tablet designed for the management of moderate to severe hypertension that is not adequately controlled with dual therapy or lower-dose combinations. It unites three antihypertensive agents: Amlodipine (a calcium channel blocker) to relax blood vessels, Valsartan (an ARB) at a maximum dose to block blood vessel constriction, and Hydrochlorothiazide (a diuretic) to reduce fluid volume. This potent formulation offers intensive blood pressure lowering through multiple mechanisms in a single daily tablet. Maximum Strength ARB Dose: Features the highest standard dose of Valsartan (320mg) for powerful and sustained blood vessel relaxation. For Resistant Hypertension: Often prescribed when blood pressure remains high despite treatment with other medications.
