Lungair 10 mg from Nabiqasim contains Montelukast Sodium, a leukotriene receptor antagonist used for the prophylaxis and chronic treatment of asthma and allergic rhinitis. It works by blocking substances in the body called leukotrienes, which cause narrowing and swelling of airways in the lungs and also cause allergic symptoms. This 10 mg strength is indicated for adults and adolescents 15 years of age and older. Asthma Prevention: Helps prevent asthma attacks and control chronic asthma symptoms. Allergy Symptom Relief: Effective for the relief of symptoms of allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial allergies). Exercise-Induced Bronchoconstriction: Helps prevent breathing problems caused by exercise.
